Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Sun Travel SRL (VAT RO 17842208), Str. Gyárfás Jenő nr. 3, Sfântu Gheorghe, Covasna County, Romania — an intermediary travel agency operating as a Christian Tour franchise; Christian Tour is the organiser of the travel packages offered. Contact: manager@suntravel.ro, +40 743 972 868.
2. Scope
These terms apply to the suntravel.ro website and to communication with us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and in the comments on our Facebook pages and our TikTok account @suntravel2005, including replies given by Sofia, our AI-based travel consultant.
3. Sofia, the AI consultant
- Sofia answers questions, searches the Christian Tour booking system and presents offers with the price and conditions valid at the time of the search.
- Sofia does not make bookings, sign contracts or take payments. These are handled by a human consultant at our office.
- An automated reply may contain errors. An offer becomes firm only through a signed contract and the organiser's confirmation.
- For long-haul holidays, city breaks, cruises, flight tickets and special requests, Sofia collects the details and passes the request to a colleague.
- You may ask to speak to a person at any time: phone calls are always answered by a colleague at the office.
4. Comments on TikTok and Facebook
We may reply publicly to comments under our posts and videos with short phrases (for example a thank-you or an invitation to write to us on WhatsApp). Public replies contain no prices and are not an offer. Offers are given only in private conversation, on WhatsApp or Messenger. We may hide or delete abusive, illegal or spam comments on our own accounts.
5. Prices and availability
Prices come from the organiser's actual offer at the time of the search and may change with availability until a firm booking. Payment terms and cancellation conditions are those in the organiser's offer and contract.
6. Firm booking
A booking becomes firm after the offer is accepted, the package travel contract is signed, the deposit is paid and the organiser confirms. The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to packages with fixed dates (Romanian GEO 34/2014, Art. 16(l)); cancellation follows the contract terms.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not send abusive or illegal content and do not try to manipulate or overload the automated service. We may restrict access in case of abuse.
8. Liability
Christian Tour, as organiser, is liable for the performance of the package under Romanian GO 2/2018. Sun Travel is liable as intermediary for information and contract intermediation. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, Telegram, infrastructure providers).
9. Personal data
Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy; erasure on the Data Deletion page.
10. Disputes
Please write to us first at manager@suntravel.ro. You may also use alternative dispute resolution via ANPC — ADR or the competent Romanian courts. Romanian law applies.
11. Changes
Any change is published on this page with its effective date.
