Data Deletion
You have the right to ask us to erase the personal data (Art. 17 GDPR) we processed when you wrote to us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or in the comments on our Facebook pages and our TikTok account @suntravel2005.
How to request erasure
Send an email to manager@suntravel.ro with the subject “Data deletion request” and include:
- the channel: WhatsApp (with your phone number), Messenger (with your display name), Facebook or TikTok (with your username);
- the office you talked to, if you know it;
- the approximate period.
We may ask for a confirmation from the same channel, so that we do not erase someone else's data.
What we erase
- conversations and the travel details you gave us;
- your account identifiers in our systems;
- our replies to your comments and the related technical data.
You can delete your own TikTok or Facebook comment at any time directly in the app.
What we cannot erase
Contracts and invoices, if you booked (10 years, legal obligation), and data needed to establish or defend legal claims. For data held by Christian Tour as organiser, the request should also be sent to them.
Timeline
We confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete erasure within 30 days at most. The request is free of charge. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to ANSPDCP.
